When shopping and browsing on hvasshannibal.dk you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions. We, therefore, recommend that you read the terms and conditions before placing an order.
When purchasing on our website you authorize Hvass&Hannibal to make a withdrawal from your credit card.
We use Stripe as a payment provider, and we accept payment by Visa and Mastercard amongst others. You can also pay with Paypal. If you’re experiencing trouble with your payment, please contact us.
All prices on the website are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT which is 25%. Hvass&Hannibal cannot be held responsible for sold out products or any misprints in regard to pricing.
Orders placed within the European Union should not be subject to any additional taxes, whereas countries outside the European Union may charge customs fees upon arrival to the destination country.
Hvass&Hannibal cannot be held responsible for any delay at customs or extra charges applied.
All orders are fulfilled and ready for either pick up or shipping within 1-4 days, unless otherwise stated on the product’s page. All orders are wrapped securely. In certain cases, e.g. during holidays, it may take longer than 4 days to fulfill orders, in which case we will notify you via email.
If you wish to pick up your order, you can do so at our office on weekdays between 9.30 and 15.00. The office address is Prinsesse Maries Allé 1, 1908 Frederiksberg C.
We kindly ask you to send us an email (info@hvasshannibal.dk) before your arrival to ensure we’re available. You will be able to select Pickup as a delivery method in checkout.
We also ship worldwide, and shipping costs are added in checkout and depend on your location. All orders in Denmark, and all international orders placed with the shipping type “Over seas package, insured with track & trace” are insured in case of damage, and we will provide you with a tracking number for you to follow your parcel on its way to you. Orders placed with shipping type “Over seas letter” are not insured and cannot be traced.
Should your order be delayed or have gone missing, please let us know by email and we’ll do our best to help you.
We ship worldwide, and if your location is not on the list, please send us an email and we will set up the delivery for your country.

Shipping costs depend on your shipping country, and this cost will be calculated at checkout.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your order. Send us an email at info@hvasshannibal.dk immediately and no later than 14 days after you have received your order if you have any products you wish to return. Please include your order number in the email.
Note that the shipping costs for your return will not be refunded by Hvass&Hannibal and the shipping cost on the original order will not be refunded.
Orders returned to Hvass&Hannibal because they have not been picked up at the post office or any other pick-up points will be handled as a return parcel, meaning that the original shipping cost and the return cost will not be refunded.
Please note the products have to be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. Any used or broken product packaging, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are received in the same condition as when purchased.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at info@hvasshannibal.dk as soon as possible (within 24 hours) and attach a photo of the damaged item inside the original box (important) and we will do our best to help you, and when possible replace your print.
